Certified Aerobics Instructor, Levoya Vernon, brings to Warrior Gym over 30 years of fitness training experience, along with a positive energy that is infectious. Stretching, body toning, body strengthening, and abdominal strengthening are taught in a family atmosphere that is uplifting and wholly accepting of individuals’ varying abilities. She emphasizes exercise, attitude, and fun! Levoya’s fitness classes at Warrior Gym include students who range in age from 14-70 years old, with some loyal folks having attended her sessions for over 6 years. Levoya is a force in the fitness world, and her training is the perfect complement to Warrior Gym’s offerings in Boxing, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and MMA.
